Manzanar National Historic Site preserves and interprets the legacy of Japanese Americans.

Toyo Miyatake (1895–1979) was a Japanese American photographer, best known for his photographs documenting the Japanese American people and the Japanese American internment at Manzanar during World War II.

In honor of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Sponsored by the Friends of the Pasadena Public Library.
