The City of Pasadena will commemorate Black History Month by recognizing the achievements and contributions of African Americans and their central role in our nation’s history. The City of Pasadena Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) will be reopening certain non-contact amenities and park areas, based on Stage Two of the reopening plan for the City of Pasadena.
