Pasadena Dial-A-Ride is replacing its membership cards with TAP Reduced Fare cards. What do I need to know? What is changing? Beginning February 27, 2017, Pasadena Dial-A-Ride members will need to have a Pasadena Dial-A-Ride membership pass loaded onto either a Senior Reduced Fare TAP card, LACTOA Disabled Reduced Fare TAP card or Access Services ID TAP card.
