Permit Center
The Permit Center is a One-Stop-Shop where staff from multiple departments provide all development review and permitting services for customers.

Building & Safety
The Building & Safety Division is committed to serving as partners for solutions in the development of safe, healthy and economically viable neighborhoods.

Planning
The Planning Division staff provides services and conduct activities which guide the City’s orderly development by applying the current zoning codes, facilitating development, implementing community plans, and preserving architectural and historic landmarks.

Cultural Affairs
The Arts and Cultural Affairs Division is responsible for the Annual Grants Program, Public Art Program, Public Art Master Plan, Cultural Nexus Plan, and the Pasadena Film Office.

Code Compliance
The objective of the City of Pasadena’s Code Compliance Division is to promote and maintain a safe and healthy living and working environment for our residents, businesses, and visitors.

Commissions & Meetings
Planning & Community Development oversees several commissions, meetings, and boards, including the Arts & Culture Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
