The City of Pasadena is hosting a virtual public workshop to provide an update on the City’s Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Project, funded by the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) and Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) grant program.

The workshop’s purpose is to present key findings from the technical work, provide project updates, and allow attendees the opportunity to give feedback on draft materials that will be presented to decision-makers. Key materials include the draft ADU Handbook, draft ADU Concept Plans Package, and draft ADU Cost Estimator Tool.
