Weekend Code Enforcement The City of Pasadena’s Code Compliance Division has a Code Compliance Officer available on Saturday from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you observe a violation and need to reach Code Compliance please contact the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 626-744-4241 and they will forward your message to staff. Community Partnerships at Work

What could be better than a community coming together to help a neighbor in need. That’s just what happened on October 21 in Pasadena when the City’s Code Compliance Division helped coordinate the clean-up of a property in need of TLC. The clean-up effort was led by the Pasadena Community Development Friendship Corporation and the City of Pasadena’s Maintenance and Service Assistance to Homeowners (M.A.S.H) program. Occupancy Inspection (OIP) Update

Occupancy Inspection (OIP) Update In the past an Inspection Report was drafted when a property had no violations. Drafting and issuing the report was time consuming and slowed the process.  To help move the process along we no longer issue Inspection Reports when a property has no violations.  If your home had no violations The Certificate of Inspection will read: Violations were not observed during the occupancy inspection; therefore, a Housing Inspection Report will not be issued.
