Proposed Zoning Code Amendment: Religious Facility Housing

Recent efforts by churches and other faith-based organizations have prompted discussion of permanent housing options on religious facility-owned properties. The City has initiated a Zoning Code Amendment to define regulations related to housing on these properties. See below for next steps in the amendment process, including information on an upcoming virtual informational workshop which will present information and changes that may be considered.
