On April 13, 2024, Pasadena Police Officers were investigating a suspicious vehicle stopped in the wrong direction on a one-way street. The driver, found to be unlicensed, was asked to exit the vehicle. Instead, he started the car and drove off, nearly hitting an assisting officer. On July 30, 2022, The Monrovia Police Department advised Pasadena Police Dispatch, they were pursuing a vehicle that had been carjacked in the City of Pasadena on July 29, 2022.
