Javier Aguilar has been with the Pasadena Police Department for 26 years. Javier began his law enforcement career in 1996 and has worked a variety of assignments throughout his career including, vice/street level narcotics, major narcotics, Detectives, Special Enforcement Section, SWAT, and Community Services. Javier is currently in charge of the Criminal Investigations Division and oversees Detectives, Neighborhood Services Section, Special Investigations, Criminal Intelligence and the Special Victims Unit.
