DESCRIPTION
Three hand-screened ceramic tile murals, the Dalton Tile Murals offer a playful, colorful and dynamic composition of linearly-defined people, furniture and dogs that form a cohesive and vibrant overall design. Zoell's imagery references the notion of domestic activity by citing the human inhabitants of the residences, their animal companions and typical residential furnishings. The dynamism of the linear images are set in motion as an appropriate gesture of the urban pace of Arroyo Parkway exemplified in the adjacent automobile and light rail traffic.
