DESCRIPTION
Leaning toward pedestrians from the top of a cylindrical cement column appear two adjoined bronze human figures designed by artist, John Frame. With arms spread at his sides, the front figure peers in the opposite direction from his right arm which holds an open ring. An armless, slender male torso appears from behind wearing a hat like that of the court jesters seen onstage at the nearby Pasadena Playhouse.
