Two hexagonal lighting fixtures in perforated copper and opalene glass. The design of the fixtures was influenced by the Arts & Crafts style and incorporates the materials of craftsman artisans: hammered copper, solid copper rivets, opalene glass and handmade chain. McEwen's design reflects his inspiration from Japanese architectural joinery and the decorative arts. The results are a contemporary synthesis of early arts and crafts motifs along with Japanese geometry and elegance of form, done in a grand style.
