Event Registration Portal

Events may now occur in adherence to the protocol for Private Venues and Events, Outdoor Seated Live Events, Indoor Seated Live Events, or Drive-In Movies.

Indoor seated live events (including indoor sporting events with spectators) and outdoor seated live events (including outdoor sporting events with spectators) are required by the state health officer order to follow the Indoor Seated Live Events protocol and Outdoor Seated Events protocol, respectively.

Utilize this portal to notify Pasadena Public Health of your upcoming event. You must receive an email indicating acceptance of your submission prior to the event date, or the event is not allowed. Submission is required. Read, complete, and sign the applicable protocol for your event before completing the questions below. You will be required to upload your completed protocol into the portal to complete this process.

Protocols must be submitted no later than 14 days before an event. Within 3 business days you will receive a response indicating either that the submission is accepted, or that the submission is incomplete or not compliant with the requirements and must be resubmitted.

Acceptance of your submission is not necessarily approval of your event.  Additional permits are required for community events and for events that occur on public property. Visit https://www.cityofpasadena.net/parks-and-rec/special-events/ for more information.
