Who We Are
Since 1998, the Nutrition & Physical Activity Program aims to reduce the prevalence of obesity other chronic diseases by providing direct nutrition education classes and physical activity opportunities for all who live, work, shop and play in Pasadena.
Goals

- To provide programming that alleviates barriers to healthy food and beverage access;
- To increase physical activity opportunities for community members, especially for our families and seniors;
- To include the community in how we shape and best serve the physical, mental and emotional health of its members;
To create community environments that support health equity, food access, healthy eating and active living.
