About
The Pasadena Transit Operations and Maintenance Facility (TOMF) Project will provide for the construction of an operations and maintenance facility at 2180 East Foothill Blvd. and 2211 East Walnut St. Due to the growth in local transit services, the existing leased bus yard that the City’s transit services operate out of is no longer large enough to support the operations and maintenance of Pasadena Transit buses and Dial-A-Ride vehicles. In addition, this new City-owned transit facility will include infrastructure for the charging of battery electric buses. The proposed TOMF will accommodate storage, cleaning, fueling, maintenance and dispatching of the Pasadena Transit buses and Dial-A-Ride vehicles. The facility will also include offices, training space, and parking for employees and visitors.
