ADOPTED REGULATIONS

The Pasadena Fair and Equitable Charter Amendment (“Charter Amendment”), which is codified as Article XVIII of the Pasadena City Charter, is the original rent stabilization and just cause for eviction law that Pasadena voters adopted in November 2022. The Charter Amendment officially went into effect on December 22, 2022. It has not been amended since that time. The Regulations that follow below were adopted by the Pasadena Rental Housing  Board at various times to implement and enforce the Charter Amendment.
