The project consists of the repair, replacement and modification of existing street light Series Circuit S-263 on Arroyo Boulevard from South City Limit to Westminster Drive and others including portions of Columbia Street, Grand Avenue, Madeline Drive, La Loma Road, California Terrace and Arbor Street in the City of Pasadena.
