City of Pasadena Releases Independent Review of Officer-Involved Shooting of Anthony McClain

PASADENA, Calif.—The Office of Independent Review (OIR) has concluded its review of the officer-involved shooting of Anthony McClain in August 2020. A complete and unredacted copy of the OIR report is available on the City of Pasadena website. Pasadena Police Chief Eugene Harris also provided a memorandum concurring with most of the 27 recommendations provided in the report.
